Dr. Paul completed his BA and MA in Economics from University of Dhaka. He then went on to finish MA in Finance from UTS, Sydney and MA and PhD in Applied Economics from Binghampton University, New York, USA. He has held numerous teaching positions as well as holding the position of Chief Economist, Bangladesh Bank.
